Summary of 2009 activities

In January 2009, the band attended the Butlins Mineworkers Contest in Skegness for the second year in a row.

The band had a great day at the Great British Beer Festival 2009 in Earls Court. A member of the audience has put some of our performances on YouTube. Watch the Pink Panther (poor audio unfortunately).

We had another successful weekend at the Whit Friday Marches 2009, with a very credible 9th place at Dobcross.

The band came 11th out of 16 in the First Section at the Stevenage area contest in March 2009. We remain in the First Section for 2009-10.
